The leaves are opposite, with two leaves per stem, borne at the apex of the stem or at the tips of the branches in a staggered, slightly tilted arrangement. The circular blades are upward-curved, thin, and slightly translucent, measuring approximately 2 meters in diameter and arranging into a stratified canopy structure.

《結構植物學（Structural Botany）》系列創作，從植物的多樣特徵中提取幾何語彙，以人造結構與組件進行重新詮釋，探索自然形態與人工製作之間的模糊交集。
結構植物編號26MY-804-47，生長於高雄駁二藝術特區蓬萊倉庫群的一畝田。植株直立叢生，高約 23.3-4.6公尺。群體分布呈等距排列，具明顯群落性。莖單一，挺直，方柱形，表面平滑，主色為褐色，中央具一條明顯縱向白色條紋；上部偶有分枝，基部可見數枚大小不一的圓形凸起節點。葉雙生，一莖二葉，著生於莖頂或分枝端，排列錯落，略具傾角。葉片圓形，向上翹曲，葉面薄且略具透光性，直徑約2公尺左右，排列成層狀葉冠結構。
