The artist Cheng Tsung FENG learned the traditional bamboo and rattan baskets craft in “Zhushan”, a town in Taiwan, and he used its weaving method to make a simple wheel sculpture for every room.

今年六月新開幕的馬爾地夫麗思卡爾頓飯店（The Ritz-Carlton）邀請台灣藝術家范承宗為酒店設計名家Kerry Hill打造的飯店空間進行室內雕塑創作，本件牆面雕塑作品Wheel是他將源自竹籐籃編的技藝製作成W形斷面的立體淺碟，製作過程與澳洲照明設計團隊The Flaming Beacon配合，嵌入特製燈件並與房內燈控系統連結，成為不同空間照明情境的視覺中心。作品製作130件，裝設於飯店內所有房間之中。
