Fuzhong District is a city with both old and new appearances in New Taipei City. There are many modern buildings and traditional monuments and temples that give a special urban appearance.
Fleet of ships moored at the dock and undulating sails waved above the sea. This is a moment for sailors to brave the open ocean and to return home after a voyage. Artist Cheng Tsung FENG found this convergence of the hustle and bustle of large crowds blending with historical architectures and religious buildings located in the city remarkably impressive. The composition of wooden structure and sails stretched out on various sides revealing his tranquil maturity in capturing the roof shapes of heritage and cultural buildings in Fuzhong area. By way of assembling all impressions, he contoured this installation art as a pavilion for people to gather, to commute and to stay. It symbolizes solidarity and manifests sense of ritual. "Embark the ships, hoist the sails, against the wind, brave the sea, we set off with fervent faith believing we will be home safely.”

府中區是新北市一個新舊並陳的城市，有許多現代化的大樓和傳統古蹟和廟宇穿差出特殊的城市樣貌。
岸邊聚集了眾多船隻，船帆在海上起伏交疊，那是眾人將要出航的時刻，也是航行者歸來時的景致。藝術家范承宗以木構張起數面錯落的船帆，詮釋府中區內古蹟屋頂交疊而成的集合輪廓，他在捷運站前廣場搭起一座讓人駐足、穿梭的儀式裝置，那是眾人團結相聚的所在，也是府中新舊記憶的疊合。登上船，揚起帆，迎著風，邁向大海，我們出發，我們回家。
