The artist's creations echo the traditional craft techniques and memories that are disappearing. This woodwork is based on the millennium-old three-axis "Burr puzzle". It is calculated by digital parametric modeling software to produce a three-dimensional sculpture that has a dense outer perimeter and a gradually hollow center, which gradually changes from positive to negative space. At night, it glows in warm light like a full moon above the Lukang Old Street, bringing the wisdom of traditional craft and modern digital technology into one.

藝術家范承宗的創作都與已逐漸消失的傳統技藝與記憶有關，這件木製雕塑以千年歷史的三軸組合積木「魯班鎖」為創作基礎，透過數位參數化建模軟體進行運算，產生外圍密集至中央漸變空透的球形雕塑。入夜後它將亮起溫暖的光線，成為鹿港意樓牆上一輪圓滿古老工藝與現代科技的明月。
