Dancers in the Market
In Taiwan’s traditional markets, food vendors often hang a rotating motor with plastic strips to fend off insects. During my childhood visits to the market with adults, these spinning contraptions would always capture my attention. To me, they resembled dancers dressed in vibrant costumes, gracefully dancing on their own stage.

市場裡的舞者
在台灣的傳統市場裡，食物攤位上經常能見到揮舞著塑膠繩來驅趕昆蟲的旋轉馬達。在隨大人去逛傳統市場的童年裡，這個東西總能深深地吸引我的目光，它們就像是身穿彩色衣服的舞者，在各自的舞台上翩翩起舞。
